Kindergarten Registration is now open for the 2026-2027 school year. Please call the Board of Education office at 330-682-5811 to start the process.
You will need to provide a copy of your child’s birth certificate, immunization record, custody documents (if applicable), parent photo ID (driver’s license, passport, etc.) and your proof of residency (current utility statement, lease agreement, pay stub or property card). These documents may be brought to your screening appointment or uploaded into Final Forms.
Lastly, you may go to Final Forms and create your parent account (if necessary) and add your student. Families with current OCS students do not need to create a new parent account. Simply add your new student to your current account. Please be sure you are in the 2026-27 school year when filling out Final Forms.
