ROOMS Letter to Orrville Families!
We’re excited to announce that Orrville City Schools is launching Rooms, a new way for families to connect directly with their child’s teachers, coaches, and school staff, all within the Orrville City Schools app.
Starting August 18, 2025, Rooms will become the go-to place for classroom updates, one-on-one conversations, group messages, and important announcements. This allows us to give you one secure place to stay informed and connected to Orrville City Schools.
To download the app, go to your phone's app store and search for Orrville City Schools. Once the app is downloaded, create an account and log in with the email associated with your school accounts.
The Room feature will show up at the bottom of the main screen once you've created an account and logged in.

Families will automatically begin receiving messages once the platform launches. You’ll be able to view and respond to messages right from your mobile phone—through our Orrville City Schools app or mobile web.
