Enrollments for students new to Orrville Schools for 2015-2016 will be done in the board of education office at the south end of Orrville High School. You will also need to bring the following documentation with you:
Your child's birth certificate
Your child's immunization record
Your proof of residency (utility bill, lease, etc.)
Orrville Schools will be hosting a summer food program beginning June 8, 2015 and ending August 13, 2015 (Monday through Friday). Meals will be served at Orrville Elementary School from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm. Meals for children ages 1 through 18 are free while adult lunches are $2.00.
There are several features of online testing that allow for greater accessibilty and accommodation. In many ways, the online format allows for greater personalization based on student preference. An article is attached here.
A U.S. District Court has ordered that 2013-2014 school year records from the Ohio Department of Education’s Educational Management Information System be turned over to Disability Rights Ohio as part of an ongoing lawsuit.
The Board of Education offices have now been relocated to the old High School office complex. Please enter through doors on south end of building marked Board of Education. Phone numbers remain the same.
Orrville Middle School will open for walking on Monday through Thursday evenings beginning November3, 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Please use the door near the cafeteria (off Elm Street) located at the north end of the building. Children should be supervised at all times. The Middle School will be closed for walking if school is not in session.
If you are new to the Orrville area and wish to register your child in school for the 2014-2015 school year, please contact the Orrville Board of Education Office at 330-682-5811. Please bring the following items to registration - your child's birth certificate, shot record, your proof of residency, and custody paperwork if applicable for your family. Students enroll
