OES Beginning of Year Information
Open House for students in grades 1-4 will be held on Friday, August 15 from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm at the elementary school. A parent meeting for Kindergarten students with open house to follow is scheduled for Thursday, August 14, beginning at 4:00 pm. The kindergarten open house will last until 5:30 pm on that day.
Mini Majorette Clinic
The Annual “Red Rider Mini Majorette Clinic”, sponsored by the Orrville High School Band and Twirlers will take place on Saturday, August 16, 2014 from 9:00 a.m. to 12 Noon at Orrville High School. The clinic is open to students Grades K-8 for a cost of $20 per student.
OAA Results
Students results for the 2013-2014 Ohio Achievement Test (just completed grades 3-8) are now available to pick up at the board of education office from 7:30 am to 3:00 pm. Please bring proof of identification.
Retirees Honored at Board of Education Meeting
Employees retiring from the Orrville City Schools at the end of the school year were honored at the Board of Education meeting on May 15, 2014. The Board expressed their thanks to these individuals for their dedication and service to the school district. Open Enrollment
Open Enrollment forms for the 2014-2015 school year are now being accepted in the board of education office. The form is available under forms on the district site. You may also pick up a copy of the open enrollment form in the board of education office. Please provide proof of residency with your application.

If you are new to the Orrville area and wish to register your child in school for the 2014-2015 school year, please contact the Orrville Board of Education Office at 330-682-5811. Board of Education Office Move and Phones
The Orrville Board of Education Office has moved. The office is temporarily located inside the new high school. If you need to visit the Board of Education office, enter the main entrance of the High School and you will be directed to the appropriate location. The current phone lines to call the Board of Ed. are (330) 682-4816 and (330) 682-5811.
