COATS AND HATS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE CLASS ROOM AT ANY TIME!
NO CHARGING IN THE CAFETERIA! ALL charges must be paid in full by the end of the school year. Please do not take a lunch unless you can pay for it.
The Yearbooks Are Here:
Yearbooks are due to arrive today or Friday!! To save $5, purchase your yearbook today for $60 before the price increases to $65. The yearbook staff will deliver PRE-ORDERS first and then sell extra yearbooks for $65. If you put $30 down, your remaining $30 balance is due to pick up your yearbook.

OHS Earth Science Club:
We are finalizing the end of the year picnic details and if you want in, you need to sign up outside Duxbury’s door ASAP.
FCA:
This Friday will be the final FCA meeting of the year. We will here candidates for next years' offices speak as well as a final devotional of the year. All dedicated FCA members that come will be eligible for a free FCA T-shirt!!! We will meet this week in the choir room.
Prom Pictures:
If you have any Pre-Prom, Grand March, Prom, or After Prom pictures you would like to share to be posted in the Photo Gallery on the high school webpage or Channel 58, please see Mrs. Kilmer in the computer lab.
Check out the signs posted around the school to see how you may view photos taken by the photographer at prom.
Do You Have Something Checked Out from the IRC?
If you do, you are reminded to return them ASAP. If you have a calculator, please return it immediately following your math exam.
Memorial Day Parade:
For any 2011-12 OHS or OMS majorette who will participate in the Memorial Day Parade on Monday, May 28, we will hold practice on Tuesday, May 22 at 4:30 p.m. at the OHS Band room.
Opportunity:
The Girl Scouts of NE Ohio is seeking applicants to work at their resident camp this summer. If you are 18 years of age, and interested in this, please stop by the guidance office for an application and more information.
Take the challenge to be more involved in the community by volunteering. Here are some volunteer opportunites to do just that!
Relay for Life:
The walking schedule for Smitty's Stars is almost full. We still have 2 time slots to fill. They are 2 and 4 A.M. Who will be brave enough to sign up??? We have not heard from Softball, Baseball, Volleyball, Boy's Basketball, Foreign Language Club, Earth Science Club or FCA! See Mrs. Simmons ASAP.
United Way:
If you are a student looking for a community service project, The United Way & Percy the Penguin could use some help with "Sweet Dreams for Kids"... for more information, there are brochures in the Guidance Office. Please stop in and pick one up!!
College Related Information:

Athletic Pass:
Students, do you want to get into athletic events for only $2.00? Be sure to purchase the 10 games for $20.00 pass. They never expire and are good from sports season to sports season. Get one today in the Athletic Office.
Purchase Your Batteries in the IRC:
The IRC is now selling batteries for all who have calculators. The cost is $1.50 for 4 AAA or AA batteries. See Miss Rehm when you're running low on power.
Need a Computer Storage Device?
Red Rider USB memory sticks (1GB) , floppy disks, and CD's with sleeves are available for purchase in the Computer Lab.
Memory sticks are $10.00, floppy disks and CD's/sleeve are $1.00.
