POSITIVE COVID-19 CASE REPORTING Please remember that a confirmed case in the school does not mean your child has been exposed. As stated in the letter sent home before school started, if your child has been in close contact with a confirmed case, the Wayne County Health Department will connect with you. To protect the confidentiality of our students in accordance with FERPA, Orrville City Schools is not allowed to give out any personal information related to cases reported here. The safety of our students and staff are most important to us and we will continue to work closely with the Wayne County Health Department throughout the 2020-21 school year. We encourage students and their families to follow social distancing, face covering, and hand-washing guidelines outside of school to further reduce the possibility of exposure and infecting fellow classmates. Due to testing times, contact tracing, and notification of those contacts, we will report cases here in compliance with Governor DeWine’s and ODH Director's orders.
